It has now been about two months since I started using Demelan Cream, a skincare product originally prescribed for issues such as hyperpigmentation, acne marks, and uneven skin texture.
I began using it because I had been struggling for years with stubborn blackheads, redness around my nose, and persistent white pimples, and I wanted to see whether this treatment could make a real difference over time.
In this article, I will share my honest experience after two months of use, including the changes I noticed in my pores, skin texture, and overall skin condition.
I have already documented my progress at different stages (1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month) in previous posts, so this article continues my long-term review series.

My Current Two-Month Conclusion
To sum it up simply, my skin feels noticeably more stable now.
The biggest changes I’ve personally noticed are:
・ Reduced redness around my nose
・ Fewer white pimples
・ Blackheads becoming lighter and less noticeable
At the same time, I still can’t say that my enlarged pores themselves have changed dramatically.
However, the dark appearance of the pores does seem to be fading little by little over time.
Overall, it feels less like a dramatic transformation and more like my skin is slowly, quietly becoming healthier.
Before and After Comparison (2 Months Later)
Here are comparison photos showing my skin before using the cream and after two months.

Looking at them side by side, the changes that stand out most to me are:
・ The redness looks calmer
・ The blackheads seem lighter
・ The pores appear smoother overall
The difference isn’t dramatic, but it almost feels as though the foundation of my skin has gradually become more balanced and even.
Current Condition of My Nose After Two Months
This is what my nose currently looks like after two months of use.

As for the white pimples, the larger ones that once looked inflamed or filled with pus have almost completely disappeared.
The redness around the sides of my nose has also gradually faded, and overall, my skin feels much calmer than before.
The blackheads themselves also seem noticeably cleaner now.
That said, the enlarged pores are still visible, so this is something I’ll continue keeping an eye on moving forward.
I also honestly feel like my overall skin tone has become brighter than before.
The Most Surprising Change: Overall Skin Brightness and Skin Tone
Interestingly, the biggest surprise wasn’t actually my nose.
It was the overall impression of my face.
When I looked closely at the photos I had taken of my nose, I started noticing something unexpected — the areas under my eyes and around my cheeks looked brighter than they used to.
It’s surprisingly hard to notice subtle changes like this when you’re just looking in the mirror every day. But when I zoomed in on the photos and compared them carefully, my skin genuinely seemed clearer and brighter overall.
This was probably the most unexpected change for me personally.
And honestly, it made me really happy.

When I compare my photos from one month ago to now, I also feel like the texture around my cheeks and under-eye area looks softer and smoother overall.
Again, the changes aren’t dramatic, but when viewed side by side in photos, the subtle difference in texture becomes surprisingly noticeable.
Changes in White Pimples Over Two Months
During the first month, there was actually a period when the white pimples temporarily increased quite a bit.
At the time, I honestly felt pretty discouraged.
But now, they’ve mostly settled down.
My skin no longer feels as unstable as it did at the beginning, and it seems like it has gradually adjusted to the cream over time.
That said, I still wouldn’t say the irritation is completely gone.
Even now, I continue using it carefully in very small amounts while paying close attention to how my skin reacts.
When those inflamed white pimples suddenly appeared all at once, I genuinely felt hopeless for a while.
Cost Performance After Two Months of Use
Current Usage Routine
Right now, this is roughly how I use the cream:
・ Nose: almost every day (about the size of a grain of rice)
・ Entire face: around four times a week (mixed with toner)
・ On other days: I use a peeling serum instead
This is roughly the amount I currently use on my nose.

About the size of a grain of rice
Each time, I spread a very thin layer across the entire nose area.
Rather than applying it heavily to my whole face every single day, I’ve been adjusting the amount depending on how my skin feels at the time.
Ever since switching to this approach, the white pimples have become much more stable.
I’m also still using the same peeling serum alongside it, and my skin usually feels especially smooth and refreshed the next morning after using it.
How Much Product Is Left After Two Months?
This is what the tube currently looks like after about two months of use.

At a quick glance, I’d say there’s still around two-thirds left.
Which means that over the past two months, I’ve only used about one-third of the tube so far.
Since I use such a tiny amount each time, it honestly feels like one tube lasts surprisingly long.
Even when I use it on my whole face, I only mix a very small amount with toner, which probably helps extend its lifespan quite a bit.
Now that my skin seems more used to it, I probably could increase the amount a little…
But honestly, I’m still a little nervous about doing that.
Final Thoughts on Cost Performance
After using Demelan Cream for two months, one thing I realized is just how little product is actually needed each time.
The tube decreases very slowly, and even now, around two-thirds still remains.
At this pace, I honestly feel like a single tube could easily last for more than half a year.
In terms of cost performance, I think it’s actually very good.
At this rate, it genuinely feels like this same tube could probably last me another four months or so.
Because the active ingredients in Demelan Cream seem fairly strong, I’ve intentionally been very careful about using only tiny amounts.
That may also be one reason why it lasts so long.
Overall Summary After Two Months
After using Demelan Cream for two months, this is how my skin currently feels overall:
・ My skin feels more stable overall
・ White pimples have decreased
・ Blackheads seem improved
・ Enlarged pores are still an issue
The changes aren’t dramatic, but it definitely feels like my skin is gradually becoming calmer, healthier, and more balanced over time.
Overall Brightening
Normally, I couldn’t really notice much difference just by looking in the mirror.
But when I viewed close-up photos carefully, my skin genuinely appeared brighter and clearer than before.
White Pimples Have Mostly Settled Down
The white pimples around the sides of my nose that appeared so frequently during the first month have gradually become much less common.
The redness around my nose has also improved noticeably.
Blackheads Are Gradually Improving
The dark appearance of my pores seems lighter and cleaner than before.
Because of that, my skin overall also appears slightly smoother.
Enlarged Pores Are Still a Challenge
I still don’t really feel like the pores themselves have become significantly smaller yet.
That’s probably the area where I’ve noticed the least change so far.
Overall Summary After Two Months
Personally, I feel that Demelan Cream is not the kind of skincare product that creates dramatic overnight changes.
Instead, it feels more like a product that works slowly and gradually over time.
Because of that:
・ It may not suit people looking for immediate results
・ But it may work well for people who want to improve their skin patiently over time
For me, it feels less like a quick fix and more like a long-term process of slowly helping my skin settle down and rebalance itself.
I’d like to continue using it a little longer and keep documenting the changes as they happen.
I’m planning to continue posting monthly updates from here on as well, so I hope I can keep sharing this journey little by little.
Thank you again for reading all the way to the end.
